New Halloween Dolls Coming and Etsy Shop is open…

Hi, I wanted to let everyone know that my Etsy shop is now open at http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=8141411
So, please go visit my shop. I plan to list my dolls for sale on the shop from now on. I will try to get PayPal set up in the meantime I take money orders!

I am making a few Halloween Waldorf style dolls. I have 2 available right now. One is a wicked witch–LOL–no she’s really cute and the other one is a Scarecrow lady–well she looks like one–her hair is this wild color orange and other colors mixed in. I will post to etsy as soon as I can take photos and get them sized correctly for the shop. Halloween Waldorf dolls are $35.00–special Halloween pricing.

Happy Halloween–early!

Dancing Fairy Dolls and Waldorf For Sale

Hi, I have some dolls available for sale. I am working on a website, and hope to publish it by the weekend. However, this blog can be updated more frequently than the website. So, please check here often for “current events” and items “for sale” that are current and up to date.

I have two styles of dolls for sale. I have what I call “Dancing Fairy Dolls”. They are kind of like Nutcracker dolls. They have long legs and arms and cute embroidered faces. They can come with wings or without. These are $45.00 each and custom made are $49.95.

The Waldorf style dolls are about 9 inches or so high. They come with clothes (sometimes removable depending on the doll). They can come with wings or without. Some are mermaids, fairies, or elves. I also make “plain” that means no wings–but they can still be a fairy without wings! :) The prices on these vary between $39.95-$49.95.

I will try to post some photos to show you later. So, please check back. I just wanted to add another post. Thanks for looking.

Welcome to Dancing Fairy Dolls blog!

Welcome to dancing fairy dolls!

Me–my name is Julie Larsen and I started the craft of making dolls recently. I made a couple of dolls and now I am hooked. I recently found out about the “Waldorf” craft of making dolls and have made a few 9 inch size in this style. Now, I want to sell my dolls. What better way than starting a blog?! I also plan to start up a website at http://dancingfairydolls.angelfire.com. It isn’t quite ready yet, but I’ll post on this blog when the website is up and running!

I hope to start a flickr photo site for my dolls and will then post some photos of them for you to see. I make two styles of dolls–the “Waldorf” style and “Nutcracker” dolls. The Nutcracker ones are just made a little differently and they are just as cute–I call these my “dancing fairy dolls” because they are a little bit more moveable in their arms and legs.

I hope to post some photos soon. Please come back to view them. Thanks so much.

Julie :)
